These terms apply to bookings made with Al Qrayyan Limousine. By requesting or using our services, you agree to them.

Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a form on this website, or sending us a message, is a booking request only. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Pricing and payment

Prices are provided on request and depend on the service, vehicle, journey and timing. The agreed price and payment arrangements will be confirmed with you before your booking is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us about any changes or cancellations as early as possible. Any cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be communicated when the booking is confirmed.

Pickup and waiting time

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. For airport pickups, please share your flight details so we can plan your pickup. Waiting time arrangements will be confirmed with your booking.

Passenger responsibilities

• Passengers must follow the chauffeur’s reasonable safety instructions and wear seat belts.
• The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle.
• Smoking, and any illegal or unsafe behaviour, is not permitted in our vehicles.
• Passengers may be responsible for the cost of any damage or excessive cleaning caused during the journey.

Luggage and personal items

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please check the vehicle before leaving. We will try to help return any items left behind but cannot accept responsibility for them.

Delays and circumstances beyond our control

We plan every journey carefully, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
